Beach condo vacation rentals in Palm Coast

This place was very nice,close to the beach and restaurants. Ashley was very responsive and directions to get in the place were great. Definitely recommend this place to people!

We had such a lovely stay at Paul’s place. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the week. He has a booklet with great information and suggestions about the facilities and nearby attractions. Any questions we had, Paul answered immediately. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean. We would definitely come back—we didn’t want to leave!

Cinnamon Beach condo was beautiful! Great view, immaculate inside, all new appliances and beautifully decorated. Right on the beach! You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The beach is wonderful, not crowded. We walked up to the pool area which was great (2 pools! Both were very nice). Overall great place, great location. Would definitely return to this condo.

Easiest 5 star review ever. Neil’s condo was simply amazing! Better than we expected and the location is excellent. The house was clean and well stocked, spacious, and big enough for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Beds were cozy and there was plenty of extra linens and beach towels for all. The huge balcony was awesome and the walk to the beach was easy. We spent mornings by the resort style pool and afternoons with our toes in the sand. The beach does have large rocks by the waters edge which we didn’t love at first, but then once the tide went down it created tons of little tide pools for the kids to play in. We chased crabs, found shells, and soaked in the tide pools without a worry in the world. The rocks ended up being one of our favorite parts! Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever rented and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your home.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Absolutely breathtaking. The space is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The view of the ocean and closeness to it are amazing. I love the whole community. Definitely book this place if you have the chance. Master bed is extremely comfortable. Balcony is heaven. Kitchen is perfect. Absolutely love the pool and the hot tub. The beach is perfect, not crowded, private. Wish I had two weeks instead of one.

This is our 4th year in a row to stay here and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! The location is perfect, the ocean view is stunning, and the condo is so clean and comfortable!

You really can't improve on PERFECTION! Kevin and Lori's condo is right on the beach. What a view ! Condo was furnished very nicely and beachy. Most of what we brought was already in the condo. Balcony is private. Numbered parking spot is great. Plenty of good restaurants around. We ate enough seafood in a week to turn into a fish. Would highly recommend Kevin and Lori's condo. 5 Star.

Beautiful view & nice location. just a short walk to the pools and gym. Nicely stocked kitchen and lovely decor. The only cons I would say are the AC is a bit loud and the extra bedrooms are a bit tight with how the furniture is laid out. However, we certainly enjoyed our stay!

The condo is fantastic and in a great location. Oceanfront balcony that wraps around to pool side. Table and chairs outside for dining or coffee options. Great sitting area inside that looks out at the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 coffee pots and supplied coffee. Cooking pans, utensils, appliances, spices, and dishes. A quick trip across the street to Publix and we had everything needed to cook a meal. Best part was going out on the balcony to eat. Better view than any of the restaurants! The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice touch so you don't have to pack so much. Washer and dryer with laundry soap made it convenient so we did not have to travel home with wet beach clothes. Also had beach chairs and towels. Stasia was very good at communicating clear instructions about how and when to check in/out. She checked on us once we settled in to see if we needed anything. Great condo and host!!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony is a great host — very responsive and attentive! His Airbnb is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing small meals for the family, which was very convenient during our stay. The only challenge was that the building elevator was under maintenance, and the surrounding common areas are a bit run down — though this in no way reflects the quality of Anthony’s place itself. Inside, it’s a welcoming and cozy retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Martha is an amazing host. She is very responsive and friendly. Her Cloud 9 condo is pristine. It is decorated beautifully, very clean and welcoming. The location is perfect. It is a home away from for me. I will definitely be returning.

I only wish there was one more star for “perfect”. We didn’t have to contact Brenda at all for our entire 5 night stay. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly before we got there and our entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The condo was spotless and amenities were wonderful. Thank you Brenda, for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Had a great stay with our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). The views and location can’t be beat, and for us that’s all we really cared about. Minor disappointment was just the heated pool still being too cold for our young kiddos, but that’s certainly no fault of the condo. If you want to be right on the beach with easy access to a quiet, clean, and essentially perfect piece of oceanfront property, jump on it. We liked the location too; quiet area but still accessible to all that St. Augustine has to offer.

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

Great spot close to the beach! About a 6 min walk, there are two pools in the complex which is nice as well. Squeaky clean and very detailed intrusions for check in and check out

Never knew palm coast existed . What an amazing place . Driving in you feel as if you are at a private resort . The condo was perfect . Everything was exactly the way it was described . Immaculate . Glenn and Kelly were asking us if we needed anything from the start. I will be returning as soon as I can .. Sun fun and relaxation is exactly what we got on this trip ..

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

I truly enjoyed my stay. The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The hosts provided a new roll of paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washer tablets. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils you’d need. The hosts kindly provided a selection of K-Cup coffees, creamer, and a selection of teas. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I slept well every night. The condo complex has it its own gated access to the beach. And as a mostly private beach, it was never crowded. You can walk for miles in both directions. It’s also close the St. Augustine public beach and pier. The hosts recommendations for restaurants were spot on. And they proactively checked in to make sure the stay was going well. I highly recommend this condo!

Very nice and clean place, easy and clear communication with the host. The location is quiet and across the street from the beach, which is a plus. Lots of restaurants down the strip along the beach. Need a car ride to get to the downtown area, but it’s not too far.

Just as the pictures and description stated. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this very clean and cozy studio right on the sand of Northern Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach. The view from the room was absolutely priceless. Unfortunately, the amenities are still under construction from the recent hurricane damages but we were still able to really enjoy our stay. Host was fantastic and made our getaway even more enjoyable and memorable.
