Really nice home. Clean. Bigger than i was expecting. Lester was quick to respond before, during and after our stay.

This place had a very homey feel and was very safe. Real close to awesome places to eat and drink. We loved the location and the pool with attached bar and restaurant. We would definitely go back.

Really nice place to rent! Ideal for a family with children. Very well equiped (e.g. bike, toys for the pool, toys for the beach, toys inside the house, cribe and much more!!) Very close to the beach: only a 3 min walk! This is all what we needed for a dreamed stay!

Alexandria was super responsive as I had questions at check in on parking. Condo is cute and well kept.

Great place and location for family of 4 with 2 adult children. Rooms were all nice and place was clean with great outdoor space. Walkable for coffee and breakfast and close to restaurants and water.

Nick’s place was PHENOMENAL!! Private pool, walkable distance to a beautiful beach, great bathroom, pristine and fully loaded kitchen, just an all in all great experience. We arrived late at night and Nick had K-cups with cream and sugar stocked and that minor detail set the tone for the entire trip. Our family CANNOT wait to come back. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Great house with plenty of room. Beach was across the street with beach access as well. Took about three minutes to get to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group of five.

The place was spacious and in a fabulous location. Our favorite room was the outside patio on the second floor to watch the sunset. It suited all of our needs. Very walkable to 3 different playgrounds, the beach and restaurants. We reserved it again for next year!

This house 's location was what makes it five stars. Close to beach and town and a lovely neighborhood, although the street itself is definitely a cut through street with a lot of cars whipping around the corner and not stopping, so you have to be pretty careful when coming out of the driveway . The house was fine for a rental , but a couple of things could be improved. The agency communicated well before, but there were no instructions for anything in the house that were evident .There was a little ipad that was locked that had the pool management system in it , but no instructions were provided on how to use it . Also, the plumbing this house needs help .Every toilet either runs constantly or doesn't work without opening up the tank and resetting the ball thing. One of the bathtubs doesn't work at all, water only comes out of the shower head , so that was useless. The hot tub doesn't bubble at all , it just is hot water. Great location , house ok

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Ocean Pointe resort. Large beautiful beach, nice swimming pools with full menu at the outdoor bars. The communication was very good between the renter and myself. Room was nicely decorated and had all we needed. If we ran out of something (linens, soap, etc) we just texted the resort staff and it came very quickly. Loved that the local grocery delivers and there are grocery carts on site to aid in hauling groceries to our room. Our biggest surprise enjoyment was watching all the large yachts, sailboats, cruise ships, and freighters come in! Beach towels were provided. Would definitely go back to this quiet, low key beach paradise.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay for four nights. Development is gated and safe. Unit balcony, pool, and courtyard were enjoyable and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The unit was perfectly clean. We would return to stay in this unit without hesitation.

Perfect location just steps to the beach. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Very responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The water views from the backyard make this property worth booking again ! Family had an amazing time.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen's condo. The rental had lots of thoughtful touches and supplies so we were able to ease right into our vacation. The Twisted Tuna restaurant is across the lake (walking distance) from the condo, where we had our first night's dinner. Great beach umbrellas and chairs! We would definitely book here again! Very beautiful property...spacious, well stocked, quiet, easy to find, and very close to the beach...less than 5 minutes walk!!! Host was very helpful making recommendations and helping us settle in. Definitely one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had. Enjoyed our stay greatly! Very highly recommended.

Wonderful vacation with extended family. Easy access to snorkel and scuba spots. Golf cart was a wonderful bonus.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and once again, it worked out perfect for our needs. Can walk to the beach, has a screened porch where we store all the sandy gear and toys, and very comfortable.

We can't wait to return to Amrit - the resort incredible, residence immaculate, ocean views for sunrise and intracoastal views for sunsets, spacious accomodations, and sleeping was luxurious. The beach well maintained with staff and tiki bar, and free premium chaise and cabanas set up each morning. In the afternoon a gorgeous pool to relax by with a beverage. The resort had everything we needed and Publix, grocery store, is convenient. We had dinner at TULA, try the mac and lobster, and learned about the turtles and nature preserve near the resort from the manager. We drove to Breakers for dinner, Seafood Bar, about 15 minutes away and after walking those grounds again decided Amrit was a much better deal, better beach, better facilities, better modern residence and we were glad to have chosen this space and this host who was excellent, responsive and informative. This is our new go to place in Palm Beach. Thank you Roman and Dave

Janaina was a very good host, very prompt in response when I contacted her. The house was just like her pictures on the listing. She had it stocked with many things to help us enjoy our short stay, coffee pods, and regular coffee. it was a dual coffee maker which was nice. There was shampoo and body wash available to use. Chairs for the beach, Towels and Umbrellas. check in was easy as it has a electronic lock no need for a key, very convenient. The only thing i reached out to her was the door strike plate was loose missing a screw. It did not affect the security of the house because there was 2 locks on door and the dead bolt worked fine. There is a deli 2 doors down, I would just say buyer beware. no prices on breakfast sandwiches or anything I think, and when the only person who worked the deli was also the cashier you might have to wait a bit. Also they don't have a grill and they use a microwave to cook eggs and bacon not the most tasty way to cook. I would stay here again!

Nice condo in the middle of Delray's Atlantic Ave district. One block to beach and one block from restaurants. Exactly as described! Host is very responsive. Will come again!!!

Definitely a great place to stay, was very low-key and we had the pool to ourselves pretty much the whole time. Place was exactly as described and clean. Definitely will book again

the condo looked like no one else had ever stayed there. it was beautiful and water views from every window. We had a small problem with the TV remote and within 20 minutes the owner showed up to take care of the problem. we will definitely return in the future. we could not have asked for a better place to stay.
