The attic apartment is located in a new settlement 10 min. Walking distance from center. The apartment with its own access is quietly located and has basic amenities to feed yourself. Beautifully clean and equipped with modern technology. A washing machine for longer stays is also there so you can wash. A few small things in the outside area are not ready yet, as the settlement itself is newly built and still under construction, but it does not bother because the essentials are available to have a cozy stay. Lida is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach if you have any questions and check-in as well as check-out are very straightforward My parents who were there to visit were very satisfied. Helga and her husband are extremely warm hosts. Although we only had a short stay there, it was a very familiar togetherness. The apartment is just beautiful. I would also like to thank you again for providing this great accommodation and for your great support, Helga. See you again soon

The apartment is in a great location for restaurants in Trostberg or even for Lake Chiemsee. We did a sailing course, so we were hardly in the apartment, actually only for sleeping. For us it was perfect - we had everything we needed for 4 days: comfortable bed, warm shower and nearby restaurants and the Chiemsee. We'd come back.

Maria’s place was wonderful – clean, cozy, and exactly as described. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
