With large green spaces, stunning views of the surrounding nature, you can recharge your batteries in this unique and tranquil getaway that is not overlooked.

Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

50 m2 house refurbished with its enclosed garden in the middle of Neuvic, ideal for 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shower, a king size bed for a good night's sleep and a sofa bed, possibility to park in front of the house on the street. Close to all shops, 10 min walk to Lac de la Triouzoune and its golf course, 15 min drive to the Dordogne Gorges and plenty of other beautiful sites to discover.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
