Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Palermo

Claudia was great with us, always available and the accommodation is great for a large group. He gave us a lot of flexibility, which was perfect for us.

The outdoor space is superb, the pool, the bbq, it really was special. Thanks for a wonderful stay and can’t rate this place and location highly enough.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

We had a great stay in a beautiful house.

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A unique stay in a peaceful apartment, located between most of the best neighborhoods in the city. also included features a large terrace which make it easy to relax and unwind. no connected neighbors is also a nice benefit.

The apartment is very well located. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. I would definitely go back. Very central and surrounded by places for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

What a great place to stay!! Excellent location, plenty of options for the family to do… and you can walk everywhere! Lots of space to host friends and family! The sunny terrace made a huge difference for us - we used it every single day! Gustavo and Yanina were awesome hosts! Always available for any queries and super helpful! Very well located apartment, clean, bright, complete kitchen items, good bedding, the care in the bath items, good price, but as a tourist city BA, there is no haggling, I emphasize the promptness, attention of the Homely Joy team and I hope you enjoy them very much, BA. Under the building, there's a wonderful empanada shop.

We were absolutely blown away by this incredible home. Located in the heart of San Telmo, this 19th-century house is full of history, charm, and character. The high ceilings, grand spaces, and unique blend of antique architecture with contemporary art make it truly unforgettable. Every room is beautifully decorated and includes its own bathroom. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, expansive, and peaceful. The 25-meter pool and gym made it feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. What truly made our stay special were the lovely hosts. They live in a separate little house on the property and were the perfect combination of discreet, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling and willing to assist if needed, without ever intruding. We came with the whole family and had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something magical in Buenos Aires!

The house is very well located, it is extremely spacious and the social areas such as the living room and dining room are very cozy. It's an old house and as such you have to see it, but it's worth it for the spaces and the number of rooms. Improving a couple of things would be great. Candela answered me every time I wrote to her and helped us a lot in everything. 10/10 service!

Nice room, the house is very close to the bus making it super easy to get around. The host was very fast to respond and nice.

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of four. I spent so much time on the terraces and in the courtyard. We also enjoyed the piano!

Juan and Agustina were very kind and always available. They made us feel at home. The property is even better than pictures, it is fully equipped and set with lots of love. Definitely recommend.
