Vacation rentals with a patio in Palermo

Excellent place and very well located. A few blocks from the subway, very good bars nearby, cafes, pizzerias. Carolina and Horacio were great hosts and very friendly. Highly recommended!

What a deal! Amber's place was just what we wanted. Centrally located in Palermo, you can walk basically anywhere. There are tons of attractions nearby and lots of places to eat. The Airbnb itself is on the 18th story and the views are amazing! We watched the sunset from the window almost every night. Not to mention Amber is an amazing host. The place was clean and just as described. We hope to stay here again!

This place is fantastic. It was my second stay in this building (different hosts) and this visit was so much better. Carolina and Federico were very communicative. Apartment was as described and near the top. Soap and shampoo was provided which isn't always the case with Airbnb. I strongly recommend this place.

The best view and the best location.

Dario is extremely kind! The apartment is very nice, with everything we need for our stay! We need to get there early and he moved up our check-in. The apartment is close to all of Palermo and the subway, so we were able to do everything on foot and by public transportation.

We went with my partner, the apartment is larger than what you see in the photos. Easy access and everything was impeccable. We had no problems at check-in or check-out. The owners were always friendly and very attentive to everything we needed. Everything was excellent, impeccable and as seen in the photos. We only had a problem with the light, but Mariana responded immediately and solved it for us right away. Good communication from the owners and always willing. We'll be back for sure.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

I didn't rate everything 5 stars just because. Andrea's service is really good and not invasive. The neighborhood is nice, the apartment is nice and perfectly adjusted to the value for the money. I would say that the quality received is much higher than the price paid.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely go back!

A nice apartment with really nice furniture in a good neigbourhood. Not too far from two metro stations and in a relatively quiet street. All in all a very good choice.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Once again, it is a pleasure to return to Martina's depto. We love it. Thanks as always!!

We really enjoyed our stay and Agustin couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was lovely and spread over three floors, which was very quirky.
