Welcome to the Sunny Side Up Villa in charming Green Cove Springs! This private home is centrally located in historic downtown and includes bicycles for you to tour the city and visit all the sights. Spring Park and the St. John's River are just a mile down the road. The three bedroom home sleeps eight and features a brand new king bed in the master suite. The open concept living room and kitchen are great for entertaining and the backyard is completely fenced in for your four-legged pals.

Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.
