Here, on the second floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century, there is an elaborately renovated and furnished apartment, 60 square meters, for up to four people. Everything for a successful stay in Tübingen, including a parking space in the nearby parking garage.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
