Loft vacation rentals in Palatinate

Thanks to Uwe & Cornelia for the friendly host in their special modern re-designed ancient mill loft. Beautifull town and excellent starting point for a star trip around black forest villages and panoramic roads. Everything as expected.

We stayed at Nele's for 3 nights and felt super comfortable. She gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and wine merchants👍🏼. She was always easy to reach. We liked the beautiful roof terrace very much - wonderful to end the evening. Longen was a perfect base for our bike rides. You can easily reach Trier by e-bike, but tours through the vineyards and other small towns are also possible. The bike paths usually run along the Moselle and you almost always have a great view of the many vineyards! In short: Nele's loft is perfect for an extended weekend!

We had a great stay. They were very accommodating. I wish I had asked the host and not relied on one of the previous reviewers, because they did in fact have a functional kitchen. There was no built-in stove or oven, but there was a plug-in hot plate available. We would have been better prepared with food if we had known. However, the adjacent Thai restaurant was good, and the staff very friendly. All in all we would definitely come here again!

This was the perfect lodging for our girls trip in France. The Loft was spacious, clean, and exactly how described. the view from the bedroom window is GORGEOUS! Thank you Thomas for sharing your place with us!

The loft is just as shown in the pictures, including the pool table which we had fun with one evening. The only problem with check-in was on me--I was unable to call Volker as requested when I arrived, I had to message him. But he promptly responded and came and showed me the apartment. The loft is very convenient to the castle and old town, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Lovely place to stay in Heidelberg.

There were five of us in the mill and we enjoyed it very much! Nicole and Alfred are very welcoming and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - Thanks for the wonderful time! :)

Our extended weekend in the "Wellness Loft" was very nice. During the day there are many options in the region for hiking or cycling and in the evening you can relax wonderfully in the sauna. For breakfast, we recommend the "frecher Bäcker" in Ortenberg, which also has an outstanding selection of cakes. We ate particularly well in the "Weinscheune in Echzell" and at "la Locanda" and Büdingen. Björn and also his father, who showed us the place, were very nice. Our special highlight: a small look in the fuse box gives an indication of what the more than 40 sockets are all about. 😄 To find out, you have to go there yourself…

We had a beautiful stay at Thomas and Marie's apartment. It's comfortable and very clean. Comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen! The best, Thomas and Marie are very friendly and charming, always attentive and willing to help! Definitely the best place to stay in the Black Forest🌸

I had a great stay with my wife and 2 kids, it was very clean, well equipped, and very quiet. Worth the price.

We were there with our two boys and enjoyed the stay. The landlord was super friendly and informed us about everything excellently. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired! We'll be back!

From the moment we walked in we were amazed at how nice this place was—even better than the photos— from the aesthetically pleasing look to how large it was but still cozy and warm- the comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, usable and fully equipped kitchen with these big beautiful windows that provide great views and close enough to walk to the grocery, get a gelato, pastries or dinner. Its location is perfect to get to many of the beautiful towns and attractions nearby also. You do have some stairs to climb but it’s truly worth it after being out exploring during the day to come back to this wonderland peaceful little slice of heaven. Thanks for a great stay— we hope to return soon!!

We enjoyed the quiet environment and a lot of walks nearby with our dog. The wine tastery was really nice. The loft is well equipped and very spacious. Beautiful view and sunsets from the loft!

This place was perfect for us. We had a great home base to enjoy Mainz, visit friends in Nieder-OLM and across the river in Wiesbaden. Beds were very comfortable and opening the skylights and windows in the evening was very nice. Simone recommended some great wine places. We met some great people in the little wine bars around Mainz. What a great place and a gracious host.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. Great large roof terrace and quiet location. The welcome gesture with sparkling wine, fruit and chocolate was particularly nice. And Klaus was always available and immediately provided a remedy when there was a problem with the WiFi for a short time. If we come to Heilbronn again, we will be happy to come back here.

Super host, very friendly and I will also book with him again in the future when I am in the area. The train station is right around the corner, so you can quickly reach your destination even without a car and the location is very quiet.

Staying at Kai’s place was such a unique and relaxing experience! Sleeping in a hammock was surprisingly comfortable, and it made for a memorable stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything I needed. Kai was very welcoming and provided clear instructions. If you’re looking for a cozy and adventurous stay, I’d highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Michèle's, with whom communication is easy because she is very responsive. The apartment is very well located and we were able to visit Nancy on foot The room is certainly on a street that can be lively on weekends but if you close the double windows you no longer hear noise I highly recommend it.

Immediately felt at home here as a foreigner for my first time in Europe. I highly recommend coming here to stay for school, travel, etc. Beautiful town to stay in and a relaxing place to stay!

Great communication, could park motorcycle in the courtyard, Phil explained everything. The room was great, on the 4th floor but not for the disabled. Bathroom and toilet looked brand new and clean, there was a kitchenette with coffee and tea. We'd love to come back!
