Vacation rentals with a patio in Palampur

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Dharamshala. The property was clean, spacious, and perfect for a big group like ours. One of the highlights was being able to see the Dharamshala cricket ground right from the property—it added a special touch to our IPL trip. There was plenty of space to relax, and we especially enjoyed sitting out in the gallery with a few drinks while the cook, kindly arranged by our host Sir Thakur ji, prepared delicious meals for us. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

Had a very nice and peaceful stay. The sunrise is beautiful and lots of natural light with three big windows. One can see very far mountains and the sunrise from balcony was worth the watch though you can see the sunrise from the bed as well. The kitchen had all the necessary stuff and a mini fridge as well. We had tea and coffee and the grocery was downstairs where you can get mostly everything.

Tara was an amazing host! Rajesh, the caretaker was very helpful and helped me figure out everything for my stay very easily. Never had to call them for anything and I had a great, peaceful stay! Dharamkot is amazing, the locals were super nice and always ready to help if I was lost (it can be hard to find your way up and down the mountains if you're walking around a lot) This was a perfect week and I think I will always come back here if I'm visiting Dharamkot.

very clean, comfortable apartment. the location is perfect, everything is nearby. the kitchen has everything you might need. very quiet, the balcony is a great place to read or watch the monkeys. Amit was always in contact. She quickly answered any question. Thank you very much, I was happy!

Our stay at the Indie Apartment was peaceful, cozy, and truly refreshing. The apartment is nestled in a vibrant garden full of life and colour, making it a lovely natural retreat. It’s conveniently located close to the main market area, with most places just a walk away. Amit and Aditi are exceptional hosts, warm, thoughtful, and always available when needed. They made us feel truly welcome and at home. We really appreciated their helpful suggestions for things to do in Bir. Thanks to their guidance, we experienced paragliding for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing! A memory we’ll always cherish and would love to relive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Bir with comfort and kindness all around. Take care Amit and Aditi 🙏😌

The place is a steal for the price! It has modern and contemporary furnishings and has amenities beyond expectations. The place is very tastefully decorated and feels sparkly clean. The location is in a tranquil residential area in the heart of town, with tea gardens at a stone’s throw away. There’s also an attendant who is at the property. It is adequate for small families and perfect for a couple. I would definitely return whenever I can and definitely recommend to any guests

Amazing place with great views and a great ambience. Views and the property was amazing the sunset from the property was so good. We enjoyed a lot at the property. The host was so good and amazing person he was so proactive asking and telling us about the activities to do also about the places nearby where you can go sit relax and enjoy the amazing food. The property was so relaxing once you reach there you are surrounded by trees and amazing views of the mountains are so clear from the balcony. We enjoyed a lot at the trip because of the host and his amazing property everything is nearby walking distance from most of the cafes. If you are planning for the Bir you guys should go with the Serenity Villa.

the place was perfect as it was a bit away from busy area yet close to all attraction. this also very cozy and felt like home. the place had blanket to protect from cold and had geyser in bathroom and kitchen. thus also have full kitchen oy drawback was that the bedding was a bit hard and only one washroom but it's manageable.

"The Kutumb" was exactly the place I was looking for, for my stay in Palampur. The house exactly matched the pictures. Its a lovely place, with a large, lush garden, and ample parking. Interiors are most aesthetic, and superbly done, kudos to Rinku! And to top it all, the view from the main gate and balcony is breathtaking, with the amazingly beautiful snowcapped mountains visible right from the house. One need not do treks etc to get this view, its right there :-) As hosts, Rinku and Rajeev were exceptional. It felt like we were visiting an old friend's place. There was nothing "commercial" about the interaction. The bonfire at night, the chats we had, the breakfast in the morning, viewing the colorful birds and even the "civet cat", it will all stay in my memory for a long time. Very impressive! Highly recommended!

We had a very good stay at Mira's homestay, the view is beautiful from the attached terrace (which, by the way, is huge). The morning coffee felt so good here at the patio. It was my favourite spot in our stay, I could just sit there any time of the day and absorb the beauty of the place sitting comfortably in my pajamas 😀Dharamkot is a beautiful place and Mira's homestay captures the essence of the place pretty well. Also, thanks to her recommendations, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful place as much as was possible in this short trip! I loved the walks that we took in Dharamkot, the 2 flag points, the Tushita monastery, all of which is at stone's throw distance from her homestay. Her food recommendations also were quite helpful. Not just Dharamkot, she also had a precise to do list for Mcleodganj too. Mira is very warm and responsive host and guide too. Without her precise recommendations, we might have missed out a few good places. Thanks Mira, keep up the good work 👍

Being my first booking on Airbnb, i am glad that I booked Pine cone homes for our family vacation to Dharamshala. The Host - Akshita carried out her duties with utmost care and genuineness. She was responsive with our queries not only during booking but also during and till the end of our stay.Akshita is really helpful with suggestions and she tried to make sure we have the best experience while we stay in dharamshala. The Place - Pine Cone Homes itself is in midst of hilly area surrounded by tea gardens and a beautiful view towards far away snowy mountains,away from city crowd, but still decently close to all the popular eateries and attractions in dharamshala. Rooms were cozy, clean and we felt like home. All the important amenities were there for daily needs. No complaints. From my personal experience, i would say this is a no brainer if you are really looking to spend some days to catch a break from your busy schedule at this peaceful place.

We werden heel warm onthaald door Vibhor. Bij onze aankomst werden we opgehaald aan de taxistand door iemand van Infinity Stays. Omdat we laat zouden arriveren, had Vibhor aangeboden om voor een avondmaaltijd te zorgen. De kamers zijn ruim en heel proper, prachtig beddengoed. Gezellig terras. Een heel fijne plek. Great service, very nice people 🙏 Eén echte aanrader!

This is one of the most beautiful & professionally managed home stays I have been to. - The location is really peaceful and scenic - In fact the room and amenities exceeded expectations - Himanshu was very proactive in his correspondence & professional in his management of the place - Would highly recommend this place

off the beaten path with a great view of the mountains from the room and good wifi. Suresh is a wonderful host - he cooked good meals, cleaned the rooms and common area as asked and always had a smile. the room and linen were clean, he cleaned the rooms out every day on our request as we were travelling with a toddler. One of the bathrooms was not as clean and had a musty smell. maybe that's ok for a budget hotel. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to go back.

This is not actually an Airbnb, it is a room in the Chokling Arthouse, which is the hotel next to Chokling Monastery. I never did meet Kartik, and when I asked about him, everyone at the guesthouse stared blankly, as if they'd never heard of him. But the hotel is lovely, as is the management, and the room is very spacious and comfortable with spectacular views. I loved my stay here. That said, it is definitely not big enough for three people. This is a suite for two people, even though the hotel will offer you an extra cot at a fee. There is really no where to put it, though, unless one person slept in the sitting area. There is also no kitchen, just a microwave and a few bowls, spoons, etc. There is AC, hot water, and a lovely sitting area. The hotel restaurant has extremely slow service and not many options, but the waiters are extremely friendly. This room opens onto a large public terrace area, which be noisy at night with people doing fire spinning, etc.

Lovely apartment with all amenities you have at home. Kitchen is perfect for preparing hot meals. Love the washing machine as we did stay for a month, so that was convenient. Very good hot water and water pressure for showers. The home is so convenient to the market across the street and fruit/veg stalls. Walkable little neighborhood in lower Dharmashala, with all convenience. We walked to cafes and local stall eateries, various shops and markets, tailors, Bank ATM, and pharmacy. The place feels secluded, but it's only a few minutes drive to any of the local sights. We did day trips down to Kangra Valley and all the way up to Bagshu, over to Kharota Valley and up to Mccleoudganj. Host was amazing, adressed every need or question and was very helpful with local suggestions, contacts for taxi driver, and where to eat the best samosa. Safe neighborhood, clean apartment with daily cleaning, nice outside patio and full wifi and TV. Definately will come back.

The place is absolutely serene and aesthetically pleasing from every corner. The caretaker, Babli is friendly and helpful. I genuinely had the BEST time.
