Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. The property was exactly what was depicted in the photos. Host was proactive and super responsive. The view of Ganges was cherry on the top. Overall it was a comfortable stay and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rishikesh.

The stay is as described. The stay has a positive powerful vibe. Location is mind blowing, can view snow covered caps right from the stay. Found a lot of options for forest bathing and trekking. Highly energetic. Found two furry cuties: Rani and barfi. The caretaker Harvir was kind and helpful. He took care of everything I required. The food was simple and homely, yummy!! I will always keep visiting here again. The location is quite near to Gangotri and the ever beautiful Harshil. Consider staying here if ever you visit Raithal or near by!!!

Nikhil and Aarti's homestay, Anoop's by Deerwood Cottages, Jagdhar, is an amazing, cozy place! We had selected the place just by seeing the snap of the Himalayan views from their cottage and we were lucky that the weather was clear and crisp and we got the exact same views! The home is very well maintained and the decor is excellent! Host Nikhil was around all the time and was very helpful and friendly. The most important thing that we are grateful for is that the food was customised as per our needs. We were a bunch of people between the age range of 12 to 82! One of my aunts had zero tolerance level for spices, so we asked them to keep aside one small serving for her, in every meal, with zero spices; and they did just exactly that and my aunt was super happy! I booked a stay for my parents and their friends at Lal Kothi — they all had a wonderful time! From the very start when I made the booking, communication with the team of hosts (Swapna, Reggie, and Sameer) was absolutely seamless. During the stay, everything at Lal Kothi was very comfortable. My parents and their friends enjoyed the delicious food at Lal Kothi as well as the incredible views from the balcony! They also made a day trip to Landour — for this, Swapna connected us with a reliable cab service and Sameer gave great suggestions on things to do there! My parents celebrated a milestone anniversary during their stay and for this, the hosts helped me arrange a surprise cake for them. Many thanks to the hosts for ensuring that my parents had a memorable holiday! Highly recommend Lal Kothi for your next holiday!

We spent 6 nights at Sidharth's place, Stargaze. It was a welcome break from the hustle bustle of city life. The place is peaceful, and the surroundings are serene. The surroundings are beautiful. The description of the place and amenities match perfectly. The new cottage is very tastefully done. The washrooms are well done. The food deserves a special mention and was very homely and delicious. The caretaker and staff are extremely cooperative and helpful. They were very accommodative and kind towards our daughter who is a toddler. Siddharth is a wonderful and warm host and was extremely helpful with instructions to reach the place and recommendations for everything else. The home dogs, Lucky and Kali add to the warmth of the place. The place involves some off roading and can be difficult to reach for some due to some off roading in the last few kilometers. Though Sidharth was very helpful with the directions and was on call to help us. This is a highly recommended place to unwind.

A special mention to Santosh didi, whose food was an absolute delight—simple, soulful, and made with so much love. Every meal added to the charm of my stay.
