It’s been 6 years since the four of us spent time together at one place & we couldn’t ask for anything better. After 7 hours of road ride with many eventful incidences, we were warmly welcomed by Rajendraji & Arvindji with the best regional food we could ask for. (Such a homely feel it was!) They had gone out of their way to make our the dishes we asked :) (Thank you bhaiyas!) The stay itself was cozy & relaxing, would definitely want to stay here for longer period. (P.S. – Thanks to Sameerji for being an excellent long distance host, providing us with useful information & help – always!!)

Quite place far from the crowd, should have dedicated transport facility if you want to stay here

We recently visited this property and had a wonderful experience. The location is great—peaceful and away from the crowd, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The caretaker aunty is very friendly and helpful, and the chef prepared delicious meals throughout our stay. Although we noticed a few insects during check-in, the issue was quickly addressed thanks to the caretaker’s prompt response. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider visiting again.

Torty's place is out of this world and the views are breath taking. Awesome place for one or two people. Torty is extremely responsive and helpful. the description is very accurate especially in that it takes a fair number of steps to get to it. The place and the views are worth it but if the climb up and down doesn't work then this place is not for you. I loved the place and look forward to coming back

I booked a stay for my parents and their friends at Lal Kothi — they all had a wonderful time! From the very start when I made the booking, communication with the team of hosts (Swapna, Reggie, and Sameer) was absolutely seamless. During the stay, everything at Lal Kothi was very comfortable. My parents and their friends enjoyed the delicious food at Lal Kothi as well as the incredible views from the balcony! They also made a day trip to Landour — for this, Swapna connected us with a reliable cab service and Sameer gave great suggestions on things to do there! My parents celebrated a milestone anniversary during their stay and for this, the hosts helped me arrange a surprise cake for them. Many thanks to the hosts for ensuring that my parents had a memorable holiday! Highly recommend Lal Kothi for your next holiday!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite property, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. The aesthetic of the place is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the mesmerizing night view. The way the property is illuminated at night creates a magical and romantic ambiance that I will never forget. Adding to the charm were the adorable furry dogs on the property. They were so loving and warm, making my stay even more enjoyable.I also enjoyed the recreational activities available, such as badminton and basketball. It was a great way to unwind and have some fun. Plus, they even offered bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings! The food served was good and the staff members were incredibly polite and sweet. They were always ready to assist and never once said no to any. I highly recommend this property.

I am not really a mountain person, but this property made me one..its perfectly located, ample of space, airy, lots of light and most importantly, its fully equipped for long term stays..Shivin was very proactive and response at all times..he arranged a pickup from the nearby bus stop and even gave us an early check in..the apartment is gorgeous, cozy and very spacious..shivin gave lots of local food, signtseeing recos..he even arranged a bike for us at reasonable price and were very satisfied with the vehicle as well as the owner... we will visit again for longer period this time and can recommend this place with eyes closed..you could spend hours and hours lazing on the balcony, the best part of the house..kitchen is fully equipped for small or extensive meals.. the food is tasty amd portion size is good..

Our family had a nice five-night stay at Skye Lodges. Its location in the serene village was great for a relaxing stay away from the crowd but still very much accessible with nearby conveniences for daily needs. The views from the apartment were dramatic and memorable. The apartment had one attached bathroom with one room and one common bathroom for the two other rooms. The dining table was located in the hallway that led to the balcony. The functional kitchen was useful. It was nice to have hot water taps in the sink in both bathrooms as well as in the kitchen. Note that the property has dogs, but they were not aggressive. The host team answered our queries/requests and also gave us good recommendations for transport and home food delivery. The kitchen could use an additional light and a dish rack with a drip tray to avoid water pooling at the other end of the kitchen platform. Some upkeep will add a lot of value to this apartment.
