Endroit plutôt calme dans une rue paviollonnaire. Arrivé en début d'après midi et aucune difficulté pour me garer dans la rue qui est gratuite. Merci à Josselin pour nous avoir permis d'arriver 1h plus tôt et qui est très réactif sur les messages.

Le logement est très accueillant, propre,décoré avec goût, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour prendre les repas. L'hôte a eu la délicatesse d'allumer le chauffage avant notre arrivée et nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. On se sent vite comme chez soi

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L’environnement est calme, la literie est de qualité. L’appartement est ensoleillé et spacieux. Enfin il est facile de se garer sur une place réservée. Attention il faut bien penser à amener ses draps et être en forme pour monter les autres étages.

Ha sido muy simpática en todo momento, todo estaba limpio y muy funcional, muy cerca del RER, también tenía comunicación directa con la universidad con paradas de autobús en la misma puerta de la casa. También hay comercios cerca para poder hacer la compra y la lavandería autoservicio igual, a 2min andando. Con calefacción regulable la temperatura. Un piso muy coqueto y completo para 1 persona.

Résidence calme et logement propre. Correspond à la description

Des hôtes réactifs et accueillant. Un appartement au calme avec un petit jardin très agréable. Des commerces de points à côté et proche du RER B. Nous donnes venu passer nos examens à la Fac d’Orsay et ce petit coin nous a permis de souffler un peu. Je vous le recommande vivement.

O apartamento é como nas fotos, tudo muito novo, cozinha nova, banheiro novo, móveis novos. A parte de externar do apartamento não é arrumada, mas quando adentra pra dentro e super arrumado e confortável. O Choveiro é extremamente quente é confortavel, cozinha completa. O local é ótimo tem de tudo perto e bem tranquilo.

Très bonne prolongation de séjour chez Florent. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans son logement et nous l'en remercions. Bel appartement bien meublé, bien équipé et dans un quartier très calme.

The place was amazing! Great location just a 10-minute walk from the station and close to shops and restaurants. The host was super lovely and welcoming. The space was clean, really comfortable, and felt just like home. No complaints at all! The bed was comfy, and it had everything I needed iron, hair dryer, fast WiFi, you name it. I honestly would’ve stayed longer if I could. Would deffo recommended if you’re looking for a nice chilled vibe!

De passage pour une nuit avant un départ tôt de l’aéroport d’Orly. Mickael est super flexible par rapport à l’arrivée et au départ. L’appartement est fonctionnel et très joli. Je recommande !!

le logement est très propre mon séjour s'est bien passé a part deux petits bémol qui sont le réseau wifi du logement ne passe pas du tout faut avoir de la patience pareil que le 5g et la télévision qui n'est pas connecté donc impossible de regarder Netflix et consorts mais a part ça c'est un logement calme surtout très propre et je recommande vivement hôte très réactif

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
