Rather quiet place on a Paviollonnaire street. Arrived in the early afternoon and no difficulty parking on the street which is free. Thanks to Josselin for letting us check in 1 hour earlier and who is very responsive to messages.

The accommodation is very welcoming, clean, tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for meals. The host had the courtesy to turn on the heating before our arrival and gave us a very warm welcome. You quickly feel at home.

We had a lovely week The environment is quiet, the bedding is quality. The apartment is sunny and spacious. Finally, it's easy to park in a reserved space. Be sure to bring your linens and be in shape to climb the other floors.

It was very nice at all times, everything was clean and very functional, very close to the RER, I also had direct communication with the university with bus stops at the same door of the house. There are also shops nearby to be able to shop and the same self-service laundry, 2min walk away. With temperature adjustable heating. A very coqueto and complete apartment for 1 person.

Quiet residence and clean accommodation. Matches description

Responsive and welcoming hosts. A quiet apartment with a very nice little garden. Shops next door and close to the RER B. We came to take our exams at the Orsay Faculty and this little corner allowed us to relax a little. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is just like the pictures, everything is very new, new kitchen, new bathroom, new furniture. The outside of the apartment is not tidy, but when you go inside it is super tidy and comfortable. O The shower is extremely hot and comfortable, full kitchen. The place is great, it has everything nearby and is very quiet.

Jerome ET Caroline went above and beyond for our stay. So helpful and the location to Versaille Palace and restuarants is amazing. l would certainly highly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good extension of stay at Florent's. We had a pleasant stay in his accommodation and we thank him for it. Beautiful apartment, well furnished, well-equipped and in a very quiet area.

The place was amazing! Great location just a 10-minute walk from the station and close to shops and restaurants. The host was super lovely and welcoming. The space was clean, really comfortable, and felt just like home. No complaints at all! The bed was comfy, and it had everything I needed iron, hair dryer, fast WiFi, you name it. I honestly would’ve stayed longer if I could. Would deffo recommended if you’re looking for a nice chilled vibe!

Staying overnight before an early departure from Orly airport. Mickael is super flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is functional and very nice. I recommend it!!

The accommodation is very clean. My stay went well apart from two small downsides, which are the wifi network of the accommodation does not work at all, you have to be patient, as well as the 5G and the television which is not connected so it is impossible to watch Netflix and so on, but apart from that it is a quiet accommodation, especially very clean, and I highly recommend it. Very responsive host.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
