Beautiful stay! It was even better than expected! The host was very responsive and accommodating, the place was clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. We stayed with our toddler and there were even a few games for him in the cabinet. Overall had a great time and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We came to Aptos for a writers' retreat and were not disappointed. There was an amazing view from every window and the beach was very accessible. It was quiet (aside from the awesome ocean waves), and peaceful. The space had full amenities and everything we needed. Also, the parking space was very accommodating for our large F150 pickup. An excellent stay!

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

The beachside location was unbeatable, and the family-friendly heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d love to come back again. My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary and it was such a beautiful place to stay! Supper cozy and romantic! Even better in person than the pictures! All of the large windows overlooking the ocean was so awesome! And you can go to sleep listening to the ocean waves! This place is literally right on the beach! Like steps away which was awesome! And only like 15 min drive from Santa Cruz! The check in & check out process was super easy which was great! We did have a problem with ants wanting to attack the kitchen but other than that we have no complaints! Thank you!

Amy's place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to Monterey/Big Sur, grocery stores and the beach. It was perfect for three of us (parents + adult child) and gave us a great home-base for exploring the area for the week. There was a bit of noise at night and early in the morning from adjacent neighbors and things going on outside (vehicles, trash collection, etc.) but it wasn't disruptive to our stay. As an added bonus, there was a delicious little cafe and coffee shop in the shopping center just across the street (Cafe Mia Brew Bar & Bistro) - would recommend breakfast or lunch there for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! Beautiful location and the unit itself was lovely. Everything was very clean, and the balcony is great. Also wonderful to have the big sliding doors that open up to the balcony which is quite large and you hear the ocean really well. The sun shades were so nice to have too for the afternoon. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and everyone was really friendly. It was a nice walk to the beach. Will definitely be returning!

Spacious unit right on the beach. Great view from dining area while enjoying morning coffee. Direct access to beach or boardwalk for walks with the dog. Easy access to all activities in Monterey county. This could become an annual retreat goal.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

The stay at Julia's was really good. The bedroom and bathroom are really nice. Furthermore you have a nice view from the balcony. Julia gave a lot of nice recommendations for the surroundings and even for the rest of my trip. Overall it was amazing

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

We had a great time at Megan's place! It was cozy and the perfect amount of space for a relaxing week in this location. It was quiet in the area, the amenities were great, and we would definitely stay again.

It was a great 2 week stay. Every day essentials were provided which was great for my hubby who travels around California for work. Loved the outdoor area to hang out after work and enjoy some outdoor quiet time.

I had a great stay! The Irene and Gary were extremely responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Check-in was easy, and the suite was very clean and well-maintained. Although I only stayed one night, the space had all the necessary appointments and was perfect for my needs. Highly recommended!

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

What a beautiful villa! the view was amazing. The beach looks much closer in person, and the hosts were great.We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David! I don’t know where to begin. As soon as we entered the property, everything was perfect! From the beautiful decor to all the amenities one could need, she truly did an amazing job for her guests. I will definitely return to this house and bring my family with me. Thank you so much for the wonderful bar setup and for the flowers and cake for my husband. You will surely have more guests coming your way. I will always remember this visit; she even offered me an extra night, which was very kind of her. Annie is a fantastic host!
