Monthly Rentals in Pajaro

Very simple, clean, and comfy. At the time of this review, one of the neighbors seems to have some pretty vocal dogs that you’ll be able to hear clearly but that didn’t bother us at all. I feel they have a right to speak up in this world as they please. But if that sort of thing bothers you, it’ll be worth taking note of this. (There was a tub of ear plugs by the bed if needed.) No issues with the place. Would recommend!

Jobs studio was very cozy and perfect for 2 people to stay. The location was near Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Jose so you have plenty of adventures to choose from. The walls are thin so I do recommend using the earplugs that they offer and I do wish that they had a small curtain to cover the door of the studio. Besides that I enjoyed my stay and truly appreciate their hospitality!

Christian is a superb host with a lovely home to share. He made sure everything was included for you to have a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was very clean, the amenities kept guests entertained, and the space fit our large family of 10 with ease. In addition to the house being great, Christian is a very kind and responsive host, I would definitely recommend booking here!

I had a great stay! The Irene and Gary were extremely responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Check-in was easy, and the suite was very clean and well-maintained. Although I only stayed one night, the space had all the necessary appointments and was perfect for my needs. Highly recommended!
