For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
