Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Situated on Englands Coastal Path, our annexe offers comfortable, stylish, modern accomodation with easy access to Aldwick Beach. It is attached to our property and has its own entrance. The front door opens into a seating and kitchen area. This offers a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is a Smart 32 inch HD TV. Off of this room is a shower room complete with toilet and sink. The bedroom is separate with a double bed and wardrobe. Easy access to Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood.

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

We're in the heart of the quiet village of Sidlesham, with views across Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and just two doors down from the renowned Crab & Lobster restaurant.
