The place is very clean, like the pictures. Everything is new inside and perfectly working. Places in the city centre of Sassari. The host is very responsive and helpful, smooth check in and the apartment easy to access. The parking is a paid parking 200m away, public parking spaces. Highly recommended and very high quality

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

Tiziana is a truly amazing host! She went out of her way to help us get situated, even walking a mile to our car and driving around with us to find a free parking spot close to the apartment! The apartment was beautifully located in front of of the ramparts in a lovely corner of the old town. It was cozy and very well equipped. We loved Alghero and hope to return to stay at one of Tiziana’s apartments again soon!

An absolute feel-good place – thanks to Valentina and Wolfgang! The two are incredibly warm and attentive. You feel welcome from the first moment. The apartment is spacious, super clean and well equipped. The lovingly designed outdoor area with pool, cozy loungers, Weber grill and herb garden was a highlight – we were allowed to help ourselves at any time. Particularly valuable were the many great tips from the two – hidden beaches, beautiful restaurants and real insider tips that made our vacation special. You can see in every detail how much love they put into this place. We felt completely comfortable! Thank you for everything!!

It was perfect all around. Communication with Gavino was nice, informative and you could rely on everything. We were picked up at a nearby parking lot to get to this magical place. The place was as pictured and as described, but even nicer. Those who enjoy the tranquility and want to forget the hustle and bustle of the world are absolutely in good hands here. Thanks to the loving decor, you feel very, very comfortable from the first second. We can't thank Gavino enough for making this week possible for us.

A real favorite! Emilie's accommodation is a little gem: cozy, charming and perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. Ideally located in a quiet village, while being close to shops. We immediately felt good there — a place to remember without hesitation

We spent one week at Raffaele’s place and we totally recommend it. The terrace and the view are great and Raffaele is a very relaxed and friendly hosts.

The apartment is really great! Everything was very clean, well thought out beautiful decor and layout, the cozy wooden staircase up, large balcony, upstairs even a second balcony, well secured entrance door and what is also really convenient: the washing machine! Good but still quiet location, the supermarket is just around the corner and it is also not far to the beaches. Communication with the owners was great! Friendly and fast and what was totally nice: we were even allowed to use the apartment until the afternoon, thank you again for that 🙂

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

Small gem cared for in every detail. Full of beautiful decorations, splendid views and absolute silence. Impeccable cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Patrizia is very kind.

We had a wonderful time at Marta's place. The sea was right outside the door, and the beach was natural and very quiet. The water was crystal clear. The place was very cozy and equipped with everything you might need. If you didn't spend the whole day on the beach, you could enjoy the sun on the terrace until the evening. Our 1.5-year-old son also felt very comfortable.

Quiet 2-storey residence, set back from the street. Secure private parking. Well-appointed accommodation with a decor designed to make you feel good. Functional equipment: Air conditioning and wifi of very good quality. Small balcony but much appreciated. Good location: Olbia only 15 minutes away and the beaches nearby. friendly owner, super sleek beautifully maintained garden with amenities

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

Laura was an amazing host with lots of recommendations, quick responses, and helpful guidance. The place was lovely and well worth the price. Great location just a few minutes walk from the old town with lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend!

We would really recommend this airbnb. Sandro and his wife are very warm and welcoming people. They provided a map of the area and Sandor made considerable time for us to provide us with tips. Their garden is really lovely with a nice pool and places to sit.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is a great co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good person and we recommend this accommodation!
