Yippieh! Time out in SAMTBLAU! Everything you need to feel good is within a 5-minute walk. Shopping, several restaurants, flowers, pharmacy... A small forest for walking is also around the corner, and Lake Lippe and the castle can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Karl is a wonderful host. Good location, very clean house, beautiful garden, very quiet, clean air, central but quiet location. Just recommended.

Our stay was great. Alex and Elena were always available and very communicative in advance and during the stay, all questions were quickly clarified, even at checkout they were spontaneously very flexible. Really great. Thank you!! The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean, and there was even a welcome champagne. The location on the busy street means that you don't feel like sitting on the balcony. But barely audible in the apartment. The location is very central and everything in the city is easily accessible. The sofa bed is more for children, as an adult you better take the bed.

Everything was as described and totally ok. Just as a tip! I would maybe hang a short guide for more guests on which switches are for heating and ventilation.

I’m so grateful I got to stay in such an amazing place! The location is perfect — close to the city center and super convenient for shopping, literally everywhere. Benedikt and Claudia were incredibly kind and supportive. I’d definitely say this is a fantastic place to stay!

The apartment is located directly in the city center and is easily accessible from the train station, in addition, two bus stops are within 3-5 minutes walking distance. The apartment itself was equipped with everything you need, especially the bathroom was very clean. The only (small) disadvantage: The apartment is almost directly above a club, which could be very loud at night/in the morning, but Stephan kindly offered us earplugs. In general, he was very friendly and always responded quickly. Overall, a very good stay.
