Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paddington

Second time staying at this space. Usually in for two weeks on a business trip. Well-appointed, very walkable, good sized space, comfy and plenty of room and furniture to settle in. Nice to have extra bath, overall will stay again when back in town. Recommend.

Kelli’s place was a lovely place to stay. It’s very well appointed, lots of room and super clean. We were very sad we didn’t have time to enjoy the amazing bath, but still enjoyed the fluffy robes she provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the House in West End. Walkable distance to great cafes, the Boundary Hotel is an excellent watering hole and you could stroll down to the river and jump on the Cat. Would stay again.

A beautiful home with everything very carefully renovated. Very light inside with skylights in kitchen & bathroom. You feel instantly at home with the trees & shrubs surrounding the house. As a result you can’t see any surrounding houses (a plus for us). There is a lovely verandah but due to the rain we didn’t spend any time out there. A very central place to drive to Mt Coot-Tha & surrounds. Kitchen very well equipped & perfect for preparing & cooking our own meals. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms were the best we have ever stayed in & made the rooms nice & dark for sleeping. The laundry was a big plus for us too being able to wash & dry wet clothes daily. Overall an amazing home.

Lovely private cottage, has all amenities, and extremely affordable for everything that is included.

We would highly recommend Annie‘s place in South Brisbane and hope to stay again. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to supermarkets and cafes, 10 minutes to the Southbank Beach and the start of the Arts precinct, 10 minutes in the other direction to the fabulous cafes and shops of Boundary Street in West End. You can comfortably walk into the city in 20 minutes. It is also very well supported by public transport. We stayed for nine nights and did not need a car at all. The house is beautifully decorated, with interesting art and books. And as people who really enjoy cooking we found the house very well set up, with all necessary equipment and generous supplies. Beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze with coded access and no need for keys. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Jai’s Airbnb was the best! It was a beautiful apartment with great amenities and an even better view!

Glenn and Joanne were the perfect hosts, available but not in your face. The location was fantastic, easy walk across to some shops and restaurants, along with a stretch into the CBD. The place itself was private, had all the little things that you don't think about needing but were there. I stayed for 8 nights and it was like my own little apartment. Was able to do all the things I needed including breakfast, washing clothes and drying. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was good. Will be definitely staying here again in the future - thanks Glenn and Joanne.

What an outstanding apartment and host! The apartment has absolutely stunning views across the Brisbane River to the CBD, which looks spectacular at night. The apartment has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and is in walking distance of South Bank and the CBD. The underground car park is a huge plus if you're travelling by car and Will kindly offered early access to the car park after the previous guests checked out, so I was able to park up and explore the area on foot until check-in time (which was also available earlier than scheduled). Will provides very clear instructions on the check-in and check-out processes and is quick to respond to questions. The only criticisms I can make is if you're a light sleeper (like me), the noise from the trains and the air conditioning might be slightly annoying, but you'd probably get used to these after 2-3 nights and forget about them.

Judy and Tony’s place was perfectly suited to our needs. We we were there for 3 weeks while our daughter gave birth and we looked after our other granddaughter and generally helped out. Tony, our host was very friendly and helpful. We weren’t there much in the day but it was wonderful to return each night to such a peaceful and comfortable place where we could relax. Everything was clean and well equipped and the bed was wonderful. We are hoping to be able to stay again when we next visit.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Nikita’s apartment! It was a really great location, we were able to walk, bus, train and ferry all around the city. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed! Nikita was wonderful to communicate with and was so helpful and accomodating. Thank you for hosting us!

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and presentable apartment. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre, rail station (South Brisbane). Yet still quiet Benny is a responsive communicator and provided very clear instruction on how to access the apartment.

Charles was a fantastic host — everything was clearly communicated, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, from fully equipped kitchenware to laundry facilities, which made it feel just like home. Having parking included was a big plus, especially at such a reasonable price for Brisbane. The location was also great — easy access to the city center, shopping areas, and public transport including bus, train, and ferry. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Alan's place was super clean, quiet and walking distance to a fabulous coffee & breakfast cafe called Gramps. There are lovely outdoor areas, both shaded and in the sun, to sit and enjoy the Brisbane weather. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the furniture comfortable and practical. Thanks Alan!
