A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Situated in a small residential community, this ground floor studio apartment enjoys a picturesque garden setting. Showcasing a smart use of space and generous interiors, this inner city bolt hole is situated down the road from Victoria Park and just one block back from the Kelvin Grove Urban Village with a plethora of cafes, shops and transport options. The studio is located beneath our house, while we do our best to keep noise to a minimum footsteps and other sounds can be heard from above.

Modern, tranquil apartment - close to Brisbane CBD

My beautiful, modern studio apartment is on the bottom floor of my home and it is only 5 minutes walk from the bustling Kelvin Grove Urban Village, QUT campus and QLD Ballet Academy. Suncorp Stadium and Ballymore Stadiums are only a 20 minute stroll and the GABBA is 15 minutes by car. We are a 10 minute Uber or bus ride into the the city and Southbank Cultural Precinct and only 20 minutes from the Brisbane Airport. The Kelvin Grove market bursts into life every Saturday morning 6am-1pm.

David and Brett were wonderful hosts during our stay for The State of Origin. The location of the unit was perfect due to the close proximity of Suncorp stadium. Justin was a fantastic Airbnb host and all-round top guy! He was super responsive to any questions we had or anything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Caravan is cosy with plenty of character and in a great spot: Paddington is a short walk away, and there's a bus to the CBD just at the top of the hill. Thanks again for having us!

Very much enjoyed my stay in a homely & cozy environment. Lovely to have real plants around. As others had said, it’s a steep hill from the train station but also a satisfying challenge! Kate was incredibly helpful & gave some great suggestions about what to do. Loved the view & completely unbothered by any traffic noise. It was fantastic to walk along the river to the city. The reality of leaving hit hard! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Many thanks.
