The house is located 700 meters from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a large balcony overlooking the valley in front and with a view of the sea. On the lower floor is the living room with 40 m2 with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor is a suite bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and another bed underneath the first. The last two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The garden is fenced in. The house has a shelter for a car and there are always free parking spots on the street. My place is good for families (with kids). In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
