We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for a coastal getaway—walkable to the beach and just a quick 4-minute drive to town. The backyard was a dream for our two pups, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Everything was super comfortable, and we truly felt at home. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back again!

Great place near the bay/beach without all the crowds and traffic. Bathroom doors don't shut well (master doesn't latch) but beds were comfortable and had very soft throws.

This studio is just lovely. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. Short walk to see many seals and birds in Pirate Cove. Great location short drive to many splendid beaches. Michelle was friendly and eager to please - wonderful host. Overall great place. So clean!!

This stay exceeded all expectations!!! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. The views from the kitchen and front deck were absolutely stunning and we couldn’t get enough! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to book again!

Was a pleasant stay, my first in an Airbnb. Manzanita crew was responsive to my questions and friendly in communications both via messages and on the phone. Check-in, amenities, and location were as described in the listing. View was awesome and the weather was cooperative enough to let us enjoy a nice lunch watching the ocean waves!

This place is amazing, a paradise on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from a spacious deck or through the massive windows while sitting inside. The beach was right there, the neighborhood was quiet, the place was private, the house was well stocked and felt very cozy while providing all the amenities our family of 4 needed. There were also some fun toys for the kids. Not to mention Alison was very responsive, the instructions and house rules were clear and easy to follow We had a great great time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was great after a long day of adventures. The location is amazing - Rockaway Beach was a quiet, peaceful retreat and is centrally located between Newport and Astoria so no matter which way you wanted to explore you don’t have to go far. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Amazing views. Great location. Perfect getaway.

We had a terrific time at Jen's place, and our dog was right at home. Rockaway Beach is beautiful and quiet, unlike the hustle of Cannon Beach. If you're looking for loads of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, this probably isn't the town for you, but if you want a quiet beach getaway, this is it. The only negative is the lack of a grill and outdoor dining furniture, which is puzzling because the deck is MASSIVE. We had gorgeous weather, but weren't able to be outside to cook/eat. Otherwise, perfect place and we look forward to coming back.

This house was right off the main road which got pretty loud when in the front area or had windows open at night, but made it really easy and convenient to drive/walk/bike over to the beach or town. The house is really nice and in a good neighborhood full of rental houses and is easy to walk around in. The house is kid friendly, we took our almost 2 year old and she loved it. The house is 2 min drive from beach access, could walk there as well (although it’s a busy street and not much sidewalk), and there is a market, tons of food options, and a coffee shop. Loved the location. We had a great time, would book again.

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

HIGHLY recommend staying here! The listing is exactly as described and the stay was better than we could have imagined. Rented this listing for my bachelorette weekend in May 2025 with 10 people total. The pictures do not do the size of the spaces justice. Both living spaces are comfortable and roomy. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and incredibly beautiful. The bathrooms were well stocked and all surfaces were clean and in pristine condition. The hosts have stocked the kitchen well with multiple appliances (coffee pot/maker, crock pot, waffle maker, etc.), high-quality dining essentials (knives, silverware, multiple types of cups/plates/glasses), and had some basic seasonings. We had an absolute blast in Rockaway Beach and felt right at home in this Airbnb. The hot tub and the sauna were functioning and clean, and a treat to experience. It’s walkable to the Main Street of Rockaway Beach, Lakeside Hideaway, Flamingo Jims, and some other fun pubs and dessert places.

We loved staying at Jamie’s place. It was beautiful, clean, and best of all in such a beautiful, peaceful location. Additionally, there were so many things that Jamie had thought of to provide to make our stay easier, especially with a kiddo. It was also a huge plus being able to quickly walk to the beach and having a grocery store next door. Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Michelle's place. It was so beautiful with modern & aesthetic decor. I loved the scent of the home! The bed was very comfortable. Michelle & Levi were so nice to talk to and they gave us recommendations for brunch ☀️☺️ i would definitely tell my friends & family to stay here if they visit the area!

This unit was wonderful! The views out the windows were incredible- sometimes picture can be skewed or from a certain angle to get an "ocean view." It was not this case with this condo- the huge picture windows look right out onto the beach and ocean below. Truly breathtaking. The community deck and stairs to the beach were so convenient and we loved relaxing up there in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place right on the ocean with a private balcony to watch the sunsets and its own stair entrance to the beach. We absolutely loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and my daughters were grateful to each have their own beds. Kitchen was fully stocked, and Roseanne’s had amazing food just two doors down. Such a friendly town.

This was our second time staying at Arcadia Cottage and it was as charming and cozy as ever! Perfect for a long weekend
