Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. This home only accepts Dogs as pets.

The oceanfront patio is equipped with a large wooden dining table and several comfortable chairs, offering spacious views of the coastline. A charcoal barbecue grill is situated nearby, surrounded by well-maintained landscaping. Large glass doors allow natural light to fill the interior.
