Waterfront vacation rentals in Pacific Beach, San Diego

What a wonderful place to call home for a week. We love the area, and being in the quieter, residential portion made the stay even better. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Walkable to restaurants. Right next to the beach. And quite reasonably priced for the duration. Being able to stock up groceries and eat at the house was a major determining factor. Hosts were super responsive and timely in their delivery of access instructions. We will definitely be staying here again next year. Thank you, Janet & Scott, for being wonderful hosts!

This was one of the best AirBnB experiences that we have had in quite a while. The condo was just as described. The area is very walkable and there are enough local businesses to keep you busy for a long time. By car, the area attractions are all less than 20 min away, and Sea World is only 5 min away. The laundry allows you to pay by phone so you don’t have to scrounge for quarters. The one note is that it was very difficult to park in the garage and we only have a midsize station wagonesque car. If we had a full sized SUV, it would have been a problem.

The Hana Retreat was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. The location is great, not just for staying local in OB but also for getting to the freeway and other San Diego locations. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit SD!

Perfect location if you have small kids! The park is right out your front door with a calm beach attached. We were able to fit our inflatable toddler bed in the room no problem. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment just as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. Mark was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great location not too far from La Jolla.

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect place for a couple’s weekend. Inside is a little small, but with the patio and the perfect weather of SD it’s all you need. We rented bikes and biked everywhere we needed to go.

The only thing better than the location was the overall experience with the host! Our car battery died as we were leaving and Erin was quick to give us a jump start. Lifesaver! This place is definitely on our list to come back to!

Perfect spot for a lil beach getaway. One block to the ocean beach surf park and plenty of stuff within a ten min walk from the house. Great location and the house had everything needed. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend

We loved staying here! It is very close to Mission Bay, Mission Beach, and Mission Point. We were able to easily walk anywhere we wanted to go. Very comfy cozy house, great selection of pots and pans. The bed is extremely comfortable! The garage space easily fit our Honda Pilot with room to exit on both sides. We would definitely stay here again!

The accomodations at Jacqui's place were very comfortable, has everything you need, and INCREDIBLE location! We loved hanging out on the deck and turning the corner to visit the beach multiple times per day. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic week in San Diego! Our two families and our dogs spent a great week at Adam's place in Mission Beach. The location was perfect, right in between the ocean and the bay, so either are only a couple minutes walk. The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. We especially appreciated the outdoor space - rooftop living, ground floor patio, multiple balconies. The beds were comfortable and the layout offered good separation between living and sleeping areas. There are three flights of stairs which we didn't mind at all, but anyone with mobility issues would have trouble with that. Our trucks wouldn't fit in the garage (we were aware of this before coming down) but found ample overnight parking nearby on El Carmel Pl. We mostly walked everywhere because there is so much so close, but also brought a couple cruisers down so we could ride beach side or bay side if we wanted to. Highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

The place was perfect and extremely family friendly. My kids loved the place and they are not kidding about the house being stocked with everything you need to cook with! Awesome location and took a large truck and suv and we were able to park at the house. House was clean and spacious for us. Enjoyed are stay and hope to come back! Thank you Jarrod and Maria!

This place was in a great location lots to do and it was very well kept up and very clean. We all definitely enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again. My kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and boogie boards and all the sand toys that they provided.

Beautiful condo! Just as described! Gorgeous view and everything in walking distance! Condo has everything you need. Lots of beach towels and comfy beds and couch. We will be back

Absolutely wonderful property. Great communications with Casago. Place was very clean and looks exactly as shown in the photos. Truly a special location in LaJolla. Hope to stay here again on a future trip!

Our family of four stayed for a week. It’s a great area away from crowds. The place has everything you would need. A plus to have beach gear to borrow during our stay, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand toys. We had a small/mid size suv we were able to fit in garage, we had to get a little creative on how to get in and out of the car but it was not an issue. I would book this place again, you can’t beat the location if you want to be in the quieter section of mission bay. Communication from host was great.

It's all about the view: the bay, the ocean, Belmont can all be viewed from the balcony. The walking/biking trail around the bay is just outside your door and Kevin has beach bikes available to use. We rode often in the morning, around the bay, to the ocean and then strolling along the ocean. Very relaxing!

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Our hosts were very friendly and super responsive. Check in was easy and parking is free and right out front. The space was clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, keurig maker with coffee pods, nice dishware. Everything worked and the unit was clean. The area was quiet and we enjoyed walking out a few steps to the bay. I especially watching the water sports on the bay. Great family area with boardwalk which was perfect for biking and walking. Mission Beach was a 15 minute walk and we rented bikes and loved riding by the ocean. Thank you!

Location of this Condo is right by Crystal Pier and surrounding restaurants. It served it's purpose for my family and I. It was myself, mother, 4 teenage kids and 6 month baby. We walked the board walk before relaxing at the beach, baby fell sleep during the walk so we took him to where other family was already posted for beach day. When he woke up, we did not have a bottle but luckily the condo unit was 5 minutes back up to the room and back. With a 6 month or infant toddler age your going to have to be carrying around necessities the location of this unit minimized alot of this. Konos was a great place, they serve breakfast all day which is a win for me. There is a bar called The Hideaway, didn't get a chance to go in but they are very busy which in turns means they have to restock their supplies. This is done early morning so workers and their equipment can be heard, this did not bother us but maybe concern for those with good hearing. Our stay was great I definitely recommend.

What a beautiful gem with views of Marine Beach area from balcony. Ocean air and sound comes wafting through this zen like oasis from the hustle and bustle. Well appointed with all one could desire. We relaxed watching the ocean on the balcony. Television and Wi-Fi worked great. Comfortable furniture including a massage chair that works great. If you need to escape stress this is just the recipe.
