Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a quiet 5 unit apt building nestled behind host house. Street parking is available. ( Pls Do not park in front of 4069 Honeycutt across the street)

The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
