Kleines Tiny House mit allem was man braucht. Es sollte trotzdem sorgsam mit den vorhandenen Ressourcen umgegangen werden! Badezimmer mit 50l Warmwasserboiler und Verbrennungstoilette. Küche mit Kühlschrank/Tiefkühlfach, kleinem Backofen, 2 Herdplatten, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett /160 cm Breite. Darunter großer Stauraum. Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa für 1 Person. Eigener Zugang/Parkplatz. Garten unfertig und in Arbeit aber kein Lärm. Bei Fragen helfen wir immer gerne.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the historic center of Bratislava. You can walk to the pedestrian zone within 3 minutes. The Danube riverbank is 3 minutes away. All historical monuments: Castle, st. Martin’s Cathedral, Main Square, Old Town Hall, etc. are less than 8 minutes walk away. Also, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The street on which the apartment is located is quiet. It is next to the park with a children's playground and a fountain.

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Located in a beautiful valley of Male Karpaty in Danube region. Cycling and tourist possibilities as well as original local wine cellars. In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.
