It is equipped with all amenities: Wifi, elevator, air conditioning; all appliances and furnishings are new. It is located in a strategic position: surrounded by the greenery of the vineyards, just 1.7 kilometers from the spas and a few minutes from the main attractions (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland and Zoo Safari Park). Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.

Apartment close to the beach and with an in-house pool!

With the ideal bus, train and highway connections, you can quickly reach your destination.
