Newly built apartment with swimming pool located in a quiet hamlet of Lazise, just 1.5 kilometers from the lake. It is equipped with all amenities: Wifi, elevator, air conditioning; all appliances and furnishings are new. It is located in a strategic position: surrounded by the greenery of the vineyards, just 1.7 kilometers from the spas and a few minutes from the main attractions (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland and Zoo Safari Park). Bed sheets and towels are included in the price.

Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.

Apartment close to the beach and with an in-house pool!

CIN: IT023059C24UGNFHLO. From the property, you can reach the beach and the city center within a few minutes walk. Nearby are several shops, amusement parks as well as restaurants and bars. With the ideal bus, train and highway connections, you can quickly reach your destination. My place is completely new and located in a private, park-like residence with its own pool (May 31 - Sept. 22).
