Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

The accommodation is in a renovated farmhouse. The 80 square meter house is adjoining my own home. The house is ideal for hosting two families with children or groups of friends. It is equipped with two beautiful master bedrooms and another dormitory bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A large living room with open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. An outdoor area with terrace, barbecue, and garden.

This peaceful place to stay offers a quiet stay for the whole family or group of friends. Ideal for getting into the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of a deer farm and close to forests. Close to the beach (Pléneuf 30 min, Saint-Malo 45 min); Dinan, a town of character 20 min away; Jugon-les-Lacs (5 min) with its lake, swimming pool, market, wake-park; Lamballe (10 min) with all its services and markets. Close to major highways.

Ideally located for many tourist circuits (Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard ...). For the youngest , they will be able to enjoy close to the leisure base of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).
