If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

Honestly loved everything !! Odette is helpful, kind and goes the extra mile!! Upon check in Odette was friendly, had a list of places to check out in the area and gave us a lovely tour. The place itself was better than the pictures. Honestly will book again the future ! Wish I didn’t have to leave, the place had everything ❤️

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate and it is clear that Eveline has put a lot of care and attention into setting this house. The outdoors space was also excellent with lovely seating areas, a pool and a well equipped braai area. The property was walking distance to the town and wine tram. We had a lovely relaxing time at this property.

Wonderful place, we wish we’d stay longer! Ideal for 3 couples. You get everything you can imagine for a perfect stay. But extra - very nice pool, we used even though it was a bit chilly. There are also few hot jacuzzi’s, but we did not find time for them. Beautiful gardens with local fauna. Unbelievable view on vineyards, we enjoyed both during sunset and sunrise. Host provides everything needed for grilling. Lots of recommendations from host on places to visit. Definitely recommend staying here!

Penny’s house is truly magnificent. Set in a vineyard with fantastic vistas towards the mountains and False Bay. The house was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We also made use of the cottage attached to the main house, which was very convenient. There is plenty to do in the broader surrounds, so well worth a stay. We will certainly stay again.

Just WOW! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. I was so impressed (as an OCD person who loves hygiene and cleanliness), it was vastly above expectations and we felt right at home. I'm so grateful to have found the most wonderful, beautiful, clean and well-rounded place to stay over Mother's day weekend. Caryn is a SUPER DUPER host, so receptive, kind and accommodating. After visiting this home, we will undoubtedly return! I would highly recommend visiting here, you won't be disappointed. Appreciate you Caryn, and definitely see you soon :) You made our weekend!

Justyna's place was a perfect weekend getaway with friends. A super host and a wonderful time spent there! Will definitely consider coming back later in the year. Huge garden, we had so much fun just Picnic'ing outside, accessible for runs as well, and took a lovely walk in the surrounding areas of the house. The pool water should have been warmer, as that was one of the main reasons for booking the house. Especially in winter climate. But other than that, stunning place! 10/10

We had the best time at Sweet Water! The grounds were stunning, our little house was well equipped with everything we needed and so much more. Katja and Uli went over and above for us and ensured that we could get the best out of our experience! This place is perfect if you’re looking to getaway from the city and just unwind. Lovely space after a day spent in the mountains! Two fires to enjoy, and the most comfortable bed and linen! enjoyed our time and would stay again. Walked around the land a bit, picked a couple of lemons off the bountiful trees, and enjoyed a movie by the fire with dinner made on the outdoor braai/bbq. Vicki was very responsive and the property felt very private and well kitted out.

We had a wonderful stay at 60 Burg str. The home has exceptional character in a wonderful town with lots to do in the countryside. We will definitely want to visit this home again in the near future.

A lovely home nestled in a quiet and picturesque location — the ideal base for exploring Tulbagh and the surrounding areas. With excellent wine estates just a short drive away and Tulbagh’s rich history and charm, it’s a destination well worth visiting. A perfect spot for a peaceful and memorable escape.

We had a two-night stay, and lunch for my son's 21st birthday on the Saturday. Ruan (recommended by Cora) provided a wonderful catered lunch, and we had pizzas from the pizza oven in the evening. The main house sleeps 9 and the barn 6, so we could send the kids to the barn for late night chats while the grownups called it a night. All in all, it made for a wonderful celebration.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views! My stay at Caren’s Airbnb (Mountain View) on their beautiful working wine farm, Yonder Hill, was unforgettable. The views of the Helderberg are breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. The property was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything from a very well stocked kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi and comfy beds. The en-suite bathrooms are new, well appointed and stocked with everything you need. There are little extras everywhere, and these small things really matter and make all the difference. Caren & Daniel were fantastic hosts: welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout. I was in SA for family business which is usually quite stressful, but staying at Mountain View left me feeling relaxed and recharged. Though I travelled alone, the space would easily suit a family of four. Bonus: the night sky was incredible — I even saw Starlink pass overhead! A true gem. Highly recommended with no hesitation.
