Vacation rentals with a patio in Pa Daet Sub-district

Definitely one of the best accommodations we have stayed in Thailand. Very close to the airport and convenient for getting around the area. Excellent Wi-Fi and very clear check-in instructions. Fast and immediate communication with the host. I would happily stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Thank you, Jen and Joe!

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

객실이 대로변과 떨어져 있어 조용한 휴식이 가능합니다. 볼트는 호출 하면 5분이내에 무조건 오고 80바트 이내에서 시내 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 그리고 그랩배달도 금방 잘 받을 수 있어요. 현관문 틈새를 추가로 봉인하여 해충이 없습니다. 엘리베이터와 기가막힌 옥상 수영장 사용에도 문제가 없었으며, 이 가격에서는 사실상 최고의 숙소라고 볼 수 있습니다.

It was just so aesthetic, perfect for girls & couples. The bathroom was spacious & clean. All the kitchen equipments were right there. As I am a pure vegetarian, I had to make everything at home. Got everything I needed. Everything was perfect. The pool was so long & scenic, a perfect place to relax & see the sunset. Would just recommend to have an option to change towels & provide water for everyday because all the airbnb’s I went in bali & thailand had this option. The balcony wad perfect too. Loved the place, would definitely come again & recommend my friends too.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! The overall place is very comfortable and as clean as new. The furnishings and supplies have no strange odors. It’s very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the living environment is quite pleasant. The air conditioning is sufficient. The only downside is that the shower head has low water pressure, which may require a bit more time. When issues arose, the landlord responded quickly. They were able to resolve household problems on the same day, and I am very grateful for their service.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place for a quick stay in Chiang Mai, amenities were amazing

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.

L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto – pulitissimo, ben arredato e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e anche qualcosa in più! Si vede che l’host tiene davvero a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Consigliatissimo – tornerei sicuramente!
