Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Pa Daet Sub-district

This listing was a very comfortable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath suitable for three adults. The room has excellent Wi-Fi with speeds approaching 500 Mb/s. It’s located on the 8th floor of a high-rise condominium on the shady side of the building. The building has an awesome 150m long rooftop pool and a good gym on the 17th floor. The building is an approximate 20 minute walk to old town. Our only surprise was that the unit only had hot water in the shower. The kitchen and bathroom sinks only have cold water. This was not a limiting issue for us, but it was a surprise. Natasa is an excellent host and we would certain recommend this Airbnb.

I had a great time in this apartment located in the Astra Sky River condominium. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable, very well-equipped and perfectly in line with the photos and description. The big plus: the incredible rooftop pool with panoramic views of Chiang Mai — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The building is modern, secure and very well maintained. The location is great: a few minutes from the Night Bazaar, the old town, and with many options for dining and shopping nearby. Everything is easily accessible by foot or scooter. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, check-in/check-out very simple. I highly recommend this apartment, whether for a solo stay like mine or for a couple. I'd love to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mai!

The owner is very friendly, the environment is very good, there are several huge swimming pools, and it's close to a big shopping mall, it takes less than 5 minutes to get there, the food is very convenient and worth going again

The place is perfect with a complete set of amenities including a stunning infinity pool at the top, the apartment is very clean and the host was very responsive at all times.

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Chokes place! The apartment was super clean and very well kept. It was perfect and really felt like a home away from home. Choke, Pikoon and Ning were all super responsive and friendly, giving us some great food reccommendations around the area. The pool on the top floor was fabulous with an absolutely stunning view of the city at sunset. Our only complaint was that we had to leave!! Highly recommend 👌

Absolute beautiful condo with amazing facilities. Natty was very responsive to messages and check in was very easy. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and pool was out of this world! There’s a baggage storage next to the lobby if you arrive early and the local night bizarre was only a 15 minute walk. I’d highly recommend Natty’s condo.

Beautiful place!!! Better than the photos! The amazing house provides a relaxing atmosphere. We can play together in the large living room while having our own space when sleeping. The courtyard with the swing is well-trimmed. The chicken coop on the side is cute! Lovely experience!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Chiang Mai!

Everything was well prepared by Manachai who was friendly, spoke good English and responded quickly. We had a great experience during our visit to Chiang Mai and we will definitely come back to stay here again.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Great stay. A villa in a great setting: large pool, 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, rice fields, very nice, responsive, smiling, listening ...grab without difficulty. Everything was perfect for us.

The accommodation is as clean and nice as it is expensive!! There's everything you need, and there's quite a lot to eat around here.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Rita was a great host, very quick and helpful to respond. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to some construction works and power outages in the building. Of course this was out of anyone's control. If this had not been an issue, it would have been a lovely stay.
