Vacation rentals with lake access in Pa Daet Sub-district

The five nights I spent at Siratika’s property were easily the most idyllic and restorative of any place I’ve stayed during a decade of pretty heavy travel. The photos in the listing really don’t do it justice at all. The bungalow/villa is much more impressive than in the photos. The same for the interior which, along with being spacious and lightfilled, has a rustic luxury that is just perfect for this kind of accommodation. The surrounding grounds and gardens are nothing short of immaculate. The wraparound porch is massive with several outdoor seating/entertaining areas. The best of these is the sitting area perched on the stone bank of the river stream that flows along one side of the bungalow. The property is a little over thirty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from the Nimmanhaemin district. The roads are all paved and easy to navigate. The Four Seasons Resort is a couple of km’s away. In between are a variety of small cafes and restaurants. Highly Recommend

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

It is a very nice set of villas of more than 3,000 square meters with a professional gardener and a service person to take care of every day.There is also a 20 year old puppy.The maid is always smiling and very friendly and always available to help guests, it's hard to imagine she actually worked in this house for over 20 years.We spent two weeks together like family and we were all very reluctant when we left.Although the language is not spoken, we can feel the kindness of everything.thank you seree for Daa!We are very happy here!

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food. At night, each family occupies a room and rest.The host began the moment I booked successfully, and rigorously confirmed every detail, and responded promptly and patiently with all kinds of questions from us.There is a local Thai nanny here, although there are some language barriers, but it is simple and cute. I was touched by the bicycle and bought us breakfast ingredients. Haha, I was touched.The organic restaurant outside the neighborhood is a surprise. The amount is amazing. The meals and drinks are delicious. The price is not expensive. At the same time, you can enjoy good ingredients and flavors. It's really beautiful ~ It's worth going again.The Thai driver in charge of the drop-off of the airport will repeatedly confirm the itinerary every time, and will wait at the entrance of the villa nearly half an hour in advance, which is not trustworthy.The neighborhood is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go out to a place where you want to go out during the day, you need to arrange a car in advance, just pay attention to it.

Tai is such a lovely host, and the space was amazing - so peaceful and comfortable. The food and drink available is great, the amenities are enjoyable, and the location outside the city made it a lovely getaway. Thank you! Will be back again.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Great apartment overlooking the trees, where squirrels run and starlings come to sing on the balcony. There is no direct sunlight, which is very good for a hot climate. The apartment is well equipped and the hostess is in touch, always ready to help👍 Unfortunately, there are no screens on the windows, so in the evening you need to close the windows and turn on the air conditioning. Nice gym, swimming pool by the condo. Nearby there is a large shopping mall with cafes, restaurants and shops.

Amazing place with beautiful view from both balconies. We enjoyed our stay. Location also not far from Maya mall but must have own transport with international license coz there’s a police roadblock. Apartment was superclean. Recommended!

We had a nice stay at this fifth floor apt at The Astra in Building B. Jia was a great communicator who gave clear instructions and timely responses during our month-long stay. The unit itself seems pretty unremarkable for The Astra. It is on a lower floor, but has lots of natural light with a southern exposure. Everything was clean and worked well enough during our stay. The kitchen is functional for basic food prep or reheating, but not well equipped for more effortful cooking. The bathroom is spacious and has an excellent shower. We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby restaurants not entirely catering to tourists (Je Hua Noodles, 馬里奧明星豬腳飯, Hao Xiang Chi Mala Soup 2, ลืมฮาเต๊อะ). The gym, pool, and sauna were all functional and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the gym felt pretty crowded once four or five people showed up. Overall, we found The Astra to be a pleasant option among the fancier apt buildings and this unit to be a decent cheaper option in this building.

The room was cheap even during the festival The room was clean and there was no problem staying The elephant towels on the bed were so cute:) Especially the breakfast was really good. I wanted to pay for it and eat it again! I had a good stay

Nice apartment -- ticked all the boxes. and there are great facilities in the complex with easy access to the mall around the back.

stayed for 2 weeks and would give this experience more stars if I could. Anthanas's place is quiet, comfortable, spacious and very clean. You can't ask for more while visiting. Anthana herself is a true gem... friendly and respectful! Just a very nice person! We've threatened to kidnap her 3 cats (joking), they are awesome 😎. Highly recommend!!!
