The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

We had a fantastic stay at Bingyu’s apartment. Everything was spotless and modern, and the rooftop infinity pool with its panoramic view of Chiang Mai was the perfect place to unwind after a day out. Great restaurants and shops are just around the corner, making meals and errands easy. Communication with Bingyu was quick and friendly, and the self-check-in was effortless. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is well sized with a nice, bright living area. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was handy. Although I wouldn't say it has enough to cook well for longer stays but it suited our needs. The apartment also came with toiletries and detergent which was so helpful. the bedroom was comfortable and although we found the mattress too hard, it was a nice space. The pool and communal area is very inviting. The communication with Kevin was excellent, he was attentive and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

We did last minute booking on the accommodation, but it was hassle free and Hayley was very responsive. The house was very neat and clean, we just felt like home. The infinity pool was a bonus for us because there were days we were just tired to go out and ended up spending time at pool. And, the location was good too, easy to get a ride and there is 7 eleven just across the condo. Overall, great stay and we would definitely book again if we are back to Chiang Mai.

place was easy to locate both on the google maps and grab! place are squeaky clean and well equipped! (theres a wash and dry machine, microwave!) host are very well communicated also! recommend for someone who wanted to travel to chiangmai for a long or short term! theres a sevel, and some resto nearby also!

치앙마이 한달 살기 숙소로 머물렀는데 정말 행복했어요! 첫 날 체크인 하고 방에 들어갔는데 공간에 포근하고 좋은 향이 나서 기분이 좋았고 침구가 부드럽고 푹신해서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있었어요. 준비해주신 월컴스낵도 감사했습니다. 방에는 모든 물품이 비치되어 있었고 주방에 모든 물품들이 구비되어있어 한달 동안 머무르기 적합했습니다. 또한 일주일에 한번 하우스키핑 서비스를 받을 수 있었는데 하우스키퍼 분들도 정말 친절하셨고 방도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 숙소의 위치도 좋아서 걸어서 다양한 식당과 카페 쇼핑몰에 갈 수 있었고 가까운 거리에 코인 세탁방이 있어 편리했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 치앙마이 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에 온다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶어요.

Die Unterkunft hat einen super tollen Pool auf dem Dach, kleinen Fitnessbereich und es war sehr ruhig, obwohl die Lage so zentral ist. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend, wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen! 😊

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und immer schnell. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und sind super dankbar für die schöne Zeit dort. 늦은 시간 체크인을 함에도 먼저 잘 도착했는지 확인해 주셨고 모든시설 이용에 불편함이 없었다. 11월쯤 다시 치앙마이 올때 가능하면 다시 이용하고 싶다.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

位于香格里拉酒店隔壁，周围一分钟即可步行抵达7-11，十分钟可以到BigC。如果喜欢清迈夜市一代，基本二十分钟内均可以步行抵达。和古城的步行街距离在半小时，但叫车非常方便。 公寓里面设施齐全，楼顶还有健身房和小泳池可以使用。室内虽然不是崭新状态但总体来说可以接受，并且卫生情况也不错。 小缺点是：入户门的楼道隔音效果一般，但好在房间两居室格局对卧室没有影响。以及对面酒店的窗户距离很近，介意隐私问题的话需要一直关闭窗帘。 总之，是性价比很高的房源。

It was a great stay and I’d highly recommend it if you are looking to be closer to the airport and within a quick tuk tuk ride to the old city.
