The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

Our cottages are not suitable for the organization of large parties (ex EVJF, EVG etc...). Bed linen and towels are provided, the beds will be made for your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is extra.
