All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River.
