Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

‘First’ is unique and quirky, and is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a beautifully restored railway stock carriage- raised double bed with storage underneath and a pull out coffee table. There is a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and hob, as well as a bathroom providing a shower, sink and WC. Off road parking is provided and the carriage has its own seating area and fire pit. The carriage is located in a small paddock in a rural village location along with one other carriage

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay at weekends.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse.) Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for canoeing, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
