This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. It has an open fireplace and ducted heating. In the main bathroom there is a bath spa. There are bikes to use on the scenic tracks along the river. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you.

Great stay, def would recommend staying Jayson’s place. Bedroom was cleaned and perfectly located near where we needed to be. The space seems private enough to enjoy some peace and quiet, but is still close to town. Only thing was the space was a bit snug than we expected for my islander husband, but everything was just as pictured and advertised. Thank you Jayson!

Sally was a great host and would recommend her accommodation to everyone. She has done an amazing job with the property and the cottage design throughout is stunning. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet retreat without leaving the house or enjoy everything the locals have to offer.

We loved staying at Emma & Max’s while visiting family in Wangaratta. Perfect for a weekend away with our young family. Our kids loved visiting the chooks and sheep and were even lucky enough to be invited to hold 1 day old chicks! Would love to stay again when in town. Thanks again Emma & Max for your wonderful hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming house! The cozy, welcoming atmosphere created by the original features—like the vintage windows, furniture, and abundance of plants—made it feel truly special. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, and the brand new bathroom was a great touch. Our daughter especially adored the old metal bed in the children's room. We arrived on a cold, rainy winter day, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that Natasha had already turned on the heating. Walking into a warm, inviting home made all the difference. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.
