Monthly Rentals in Oxenwood

Lovely home from home, well laid out with all you need for a short break. Good selection of kitchen items, clean shower room with great water pressure and a very comfy bed. Small area of garden set aside for guest use which was a relaxing spot to read with a coffee in the morning. Adjacent footpath leads to wooded area but only a short walk into the village too. Very happy with our stay here and would hope to be able to book again next time we come to the area. Hosts left us to it, but were available if needed and friendly when we saw them.

Tor’s cottage was absolutely delightful. We felt right at home. It was cosy, comfortable with plenty of light. The little added touches were very much appreciated such as a beautiful tablecloth on the garden table, full pots of coffee and tea as well as porridge and muesli. There was also a loaf of bread, butter and milk in the fridge. All so thoughtful. Another added bonus and thanks to the good weather, was sitting in the little garden surrounded by beautiful countryside and chickens, pigs and horses (in their field) who all came visiting whenever we were sitting outside with a glass of something. The cottage is perfectly placed for Marlborough and Hungerford

Caroline's studio is a lovely space. The bed was comfortable, the shower very efficient, the kitchen had all the essentials. Caroline kindly left milk, teas, ground coffee and biscuits. The studio is in the garden of Caroline's beautiful house. I would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet night or two in the area.
