This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The bedrooms are comfortably distributed with 1 double bed and 2 separate beds in the large house and another 1 bunk bed in a separate guest house with kitchen and toilet. Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in mountain style with all modern amenities. Towels and bed linen included. Hot tub and electric car charger are paid separately.

On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. Guest house of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Located about 5 km from central Mora. From here, it is easy to reach large parts of the northern and western valleys. The cottage is located about 300 meters from Lake Orsa. In the nearby area, there are several swimming areas, bike and walking trails. Parking next to the cottage, possibility to charge electric car!

A small patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. It is about 7 km to Orsa city center and about 11 km to Mora city center and many more tourist attractions around.

The farm is from 1909. You live under the roofs in the old barn. There is a stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle. There is always coffee, tea, oil, spices. The bathroom, which is new in 2021, is just below the apartment, but you have to go outside to reach it. There's also a washing machine. The toilet is also located there.
