Such a beautiful, cosy lodge - indoor fire place & jacuzzi just adds to the beauty of this place. Loved our weekend away & will definitely be back. Rose was also so welcoming, friendly and always available, her communication was very good. Thank you!

Although i wasn't seeking to buy wine or gin, Angela managed to sell me some excellent wine & gin. Overall, stunning setting to spend a night or two! Thanks again.

What a beautiful cottage, immaculately clean and very well kitted out with everything you might need. It's in a quiet street in central Hermanus a short walk to the cliff path, shops and restaurants. Marc was so helpful with check in and really responsive whenever we had any questions. Highly recommended as a base in Hermanus

This was our second stay at Bougainvillea Cottage and it was just as lovely as the first time! We were there for four weeks and enjoyed every day. The house is cozy with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a nice bedroom. The outdoor area is wonderful with comfortable seating furniture and the large pool in the green garden to stay there and relax. The house is located in a quiet and safe residential area, the two very friendly dogs provide additional security. Everything is well maintained and very clean, it is cleaned weekly and even washed the laundry on request for a fee - a great service. Chrismare and Ben are great, very kind hosts who have done everything to make us feel right at home. We will gladly come back and can recommend Bougainvillea Cottage without restriction.

Thank you for the preparation and all the small touches . There wasn’t a double adapter on the bedside in back bedroom to plug in light or electric blanket but I found one later near the mirror . Otherwise everything was great thank you

Jan was a wonderful host. My wife and I could not have found a better place to stay in Hermanus: the space is beautiful and the location could not have been better.

Brilliant Vday celebration with wine tasting hosted by a charming gent followed by a delish meal and a beautiful sunset ....sleep was gentle and deep .... full circle :-)
