In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

De bank in de woonkamer kan tevens dienst doen als slaapplek voor 2 extra personen. Een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd.
