The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, among other things, on the water of a canal. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Unfortunately, there is still no Wi-Fi!

Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

The possibilities that this small harbor town offers are almost limitless... City tour anyone? - Oldenburg, Bremerhaven and of course Bremen... Fancy peace and nature? - Elsflether Sand, the moors, Dangast,.... no matter what you are looking for... from the "beach chair" you can spread out in all directions and discover wonderful things... the train station is within walking distance in a few minutes and the bicycle network is very well developed. Car? Not necessary!

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the swimming pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful farmhouse! The house is renovated with love, the kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. Everything was very clean. A wonderful place to spend time as a family, perfect for small children. The garden and the surroundings offer plenty of nature and opportunities for discovery. The rooms are super divided and the beds are very comfortable. You can enjoy the stay all around! Thanks! :)

We had a great stay at this charming place. We arrived with 5 babies - any requests were not taken seriously. Everything is very new and communication with the host is flawless! For groups/families who want a break in the countryside, absolutely recommended - cows, horses, sheep and green meadows as far as the eye can see!
