This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. Loft of the Domaine Rivière-Rouge with spa (open year-round) gives you access to Lake Joan (500 meters away) to do Kayak and Paddle Board for free.
