Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. This is our retreat, we are happy to share it with you and let it be yours as well!

The Cozy Country Orchard Cottage

Our Cottage is Surrounded by our family owned 20-acre Orchard, where you will enjoy the beautiful country setting. This cottage is small but cozy! It's got everything you need, from a full size Bed, a TV. Kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, Induction cook top, with Pots & Pans, Bbq grill, Refrigerator/Freezer, & Coffee maker! Enjoy your evening walk down the peaceful country road, and in the morning, waking up to watch the sunrise come up over the mountains! Seasonal $ available Oct-April!

Stay in our private basement space (separate entrance) while exploring Telluride, Ouray, Black Canyon NP, Ridgway, & more! We have a kids room with outdoor playset, pet friendly fenced back yard, and photo booth to capture your memories. Grab a cup of coffee/hot cocoa before your day of adventure. Then relax while streaming your favorite shows. Fast internet for those that need to do remote work. Hotel bedding and toiletries are provided. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Stylish charm with two sleeping options. Queen bed on main level of tiny cottage or a lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.
