Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ouray Hot Springs

Simple place and good value in Telluride. Liked having a parking space and the parking lot always had a spot for us in the evening. Communal hot tub was nice. One block from free bus route was nice.

Great spot! Walkable on the river trail or street to all of town and hiking trails. We found a few children’s books, movies, and smaller utensils which were a great addition for our young daughter.

Loved everything about this rental unit. Has a fully stocked kitchen which was great, including spices and oils. Location is great on edge of town but w/i walking distance of everything (25 yards from grocery store) and 2 min walk to ski lift. Only thing that could use upgrade is the mattresses/beds in upstairs loft. Not comfortable at all for my grown children or any adult who would have to sleep in loft.

We would love to stay here again! Literally steps away from Lift 7, short walk from gondola and bars/restaurants, super clean, very comfy, great indoor and outdoor hot tub in the complex. Peggy was super helpful, accommodating, and communicative.

This condominium was clean, located in a great part of town and spacious and fully equipped. Communication was excellent. My only negative critique, and this is certainly a first world problem, is that the unit is on the bottom floor and the entry is dark and is multiple steps down. By being on the ground, the trail and road adjacent to the unit have easy views into the unit. I like natural ambient light so this is something I notice as I never close curtains. If you close your curtains and like dark, this would not be a problem for you. Even with this configuration I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. House had everything we needed. Loved the coffee shop across the street. Nice brewery next door as well!

This place was spacious and close to the ski lifts- 5 minute walk. We liked thatbot had separate beds in the spare bedroom so our kids didn't have to sleep in the same bed. It is overall a nice place.

Laurie’s place was exactly what I expected. Having been there previously I knew this building was older. Laurie did a great job keeping the condo minimal but still provided everything you could need. It was just a short walk to the lifts and was so nice being right at the ski resort and not having to deal with parking, etc. Definitely worth the price.

We loved staying here! Perfect location, perfect set-up. Suzanne and team were very responsive for anything we needed. We did not need much though as everything was perfectly stocked from extra towels to kitchen etc. we plan on booking again next year. I cannot recommend this location enough. Bunk room perfect for kids, main room upstairs was perfect for my parents and my husband and I had the room across from the bunk room. Very cozy but enough space for all to enjoy. Thank you for an incredible stay. They even had sleds in kids closet for some after skiing sledding!

This home was so lovely and spacious. My three grandkids and I really enjoyed staying there . There were such nice touches; a bottle of homemade wine from the host, water by the bedside, coffee and creamer. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to make it an annual event.

The condo in Telluride was great. Right at base of lift 7, close walk to great shops/restaurants in Telluride. Jason was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Description was spot on and this is definitely a place to get away and relax. Amazing opportunities for stargazing and relaxing by the fire. Also, the location makes for a convenient home base to explore Ouray, Telluride, etc. We would stay again if we were to come back to the area in the future!

Just a block away from the main street in Ouray with tons of shops and restaurants, as well as a short walk over to the park and hot springs, which we frequented during our stay. We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Peaceful and comfortable, it was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend exploring the West Elks area.

Great spot! Joni was very responsive and helped us with any issues. Parked my car right in front of the house and never had to use it. The location is in a perfect spot.

Townhouse was conveniently located at the Purgatory resort, which we easily spent a day at enjoying the warm weather & some of its attractions! Easily in walking distant . About 35 minutes from Durango but the drive is worth the views.

Good location. Few mins walking to lift and shuttle stops. Barbara is very responsive and kindly let me park extended hours after checking out.

It was a very nice stay the place was great. Very nicely located could walk to everything in town as well as the free gondola would definitely stay again.

Loved being right at the ski valley for the weekend. The condo is small but we spent most of the time outside of it so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The robes were a nice touch and we appreciated them when we went up to the rooftop hot tub! Only complaint is that the drip coffee pot should be replaced or cleaned. It took about 20 minutes to make the small pot of coffee (5 cups). Otherwise the place was great and had everything we needed for the weekend!

Telluride is a beautiful small town and Mike’s place was located within walking distance to everything. We especially enjoyed the walking path by the stream throughout town and close distance to the gondola. If you needed a ride the local bus picked up next to the condo every hour. Clarks Market was our go to supermarket; they had everything including hot food. The Condo was very clean with a huge comfortable couch, updated kitchen appliances, nice size bathroom and master bed. Parking was free and across the street from the condo which was very convenient. The pictures gave the illusion of a larger a condo, it was very comfortable and cozy. Mike’s place is a great location for all activities on your agenda. We will be back in the winter for the ski, ski out experience.

We had a great time at Molly’s place in Telluride. She’s super responsive and the place was perfect for our group. Comfy beds, great location. Would definitely come back!

Lodging in Telluride was great to book with. The condo was exactly as described, and any additional request I had was met. The cleanliness of the condo was immaculate. The instructions for getting in, using the ski locker and anything else were ready for us upon arrival and easy to use and understand. We had a minor issue with water in one of the baths that was resolved quickly - they were quite responsive. Website pictures were exactly what we found when we checked in. Rooms/bathrooms/kitchen/lounge area exactly as expected. The condo Lulu City - is a very short walk (with ski boots and skis) to the lift 7 chair. Easy to walk to Main Street (5-7 minutes) for dinner or ride the gondola to mid mountain. This is an ideal place for a family or couple of families/kids to stay. The bunk room is ideal for teenagers and there are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor that are quiet for the adults. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!
