Warm and family friendly property on the San Miguel River. Only 12 miles from downtown historic Telluride and the ski resort. The entire upstairs is a large master bedroom with views of the river and a sitting room with a pull out couch. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor. 2 bathrooms. Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use.
