The front entrance is located off 6th Ave (same as Kristopher's Culinary, Hotel Ouray and the MoJo's Coffee Shop), just a half block from Main Street. The condo was renovated in 2019 with brand new EVERYTHING (floors, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, windows, HVAC, etc.)! All finishes are high end giving the feeling of a lux stay. Very well appointed condo with incredible views of Telluride. Close to the action. Comfortable beds. Heated garage. While it is a ski out condo, the ski-in component is somewhat tricky and requires taking the lower village bypass run with some uphill trekking necessary. There is a small rail car which is supposed to take you up near the condo. However, it has apparently been broken for some time and we are unable to use it.

Racers Roost

Great house!! All 3 rooms are great and equally nice. Location is fantastic with a very short walk to the slopes and just few steps away form the middle of town. Private hot tub is great and has views of the slopes. We will be back soon!

We love staying in this centrally located condo! The kitchen was amply stocked for cooking but it was just steps away from restaurants if you didn’t want to be bothered with it! Would definitely stay again!

Had a fantastic stay at this property with 5 friends. House was just as advertised, with stunning views of the mountains and a 30 second walk to the ski out area. There's also a private gondola for the end of the day if you aren't wanting to walk back up the hill to the house. Host was extremely responsive (almost always within a couple hours) and helped resolve any questions or requests that came up. Would 100% return for future trips!

1 block to lift 7 made getting to/from the slopes a breeze. 10 minute or so walk to prime time Main Street. We loved the location. While there was room for 5 adults, 4 would have been ideal, just because the sofa isn’t a sofa bed and the loft is a bit tight. Would rent again based on location alone.

Had a great stay for the Ouray ice fest. The location is great right next to the hot springs pool. We were able to walk to town easily, and we even walked all the way to the ice park as it’s only about a mile (although a little uphill). The house is a bit older but had everything we needed. Only the cutting board seemed to be missing (unless we overlooked it). Would definitely stay here again!

The chalet Valentine was perfect for our first visit to Telluride for a family ski vacation. It is nestled in a quiet spot in the Meadows just of the Chondola which made it a great spot for my adult kids to go to Town in the evening while we stay home and cooked in the well equipped kitchen. tip for getting to the hill used the Dial a ride service in the morning to get dropped off at the Chondola and it’s a 10 minute down hill walk at the end of the day.
