Tucked away in the very South East corner of Ireland, we offer a chance to escape from it all in a private 1 bed cottage. Surrounded by coastal walks wildlife and ideal for bird watchers. We are 400m from the sea and a 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute drive from The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute drive from Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe and Church. Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand are a 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Dog Friendly!

Perfect for my needs, homely and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and a great, wide selection of DVDs to relax in the room with. Highly recommended for a short stay and I would definitely choose to stay again when I need to stay over for work.

I cannot over state how much we enjoyed our stay at Ann’s - the house was spotless, with extensive facilities including a kettle, tea & coffee (fresh cafetière coffee and also instant), a selection of biscuits, milk, breakfast cereals. There were toiletries provided in the en-suite and just about anything else that a guest might need at any time of the year (extra bedding / a hot water bottle / iron etc). Ann was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any question or request. We followed her recommendation and had a beautiful meal at The Dock restaurant which was in walking distance. This was an ideal place for our overnight stay before getting the ferry the next morning and we will definitely stay here again. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ann’s Airbnb to any other travellers. You can’t go wrong! Many thanks for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant, Ann. 😊

Myself, ny dog and friend stayed in early june and loved the house. So clean and well furnished, very quiet escape from city life which is what we both wanted. Perfect base to explore Co Wexford and its stunning beaches, walks, eateries and Wexford town. Only downside was mattress in middle room, it needs replacing as it's old and exacerbated my friend's asrhma.
